Brunch Mornings

The mornings consist firstly of 1.5 hours in the gym – after a warm-up there is a mixture of HIIT, strength training, boxing, core stability work and lots of pilates stretching at the end with Heather a specialist, qualified Pilates instructor.
Once the workout session is done you are then treated to a delicious, nutritious home cooked brunch and a freshly prepared smoothie with one or two little extra treats thrown in!
The morning will end with a discussion and talk about nutrition.
