Kettle bell & circuit

Moo and Anna are both qualified kettle bell instructors and we like to incorporate these fat-burning, effective weights into both our PT programmes, group sessions and circuit and bootcamp classes. Kettlebells will help you to burn fat and build lean muscle and they are fun to use!

We incorporate circuit training, (whereby an exercise is completed for a set amount of time before moving onto the next one) into our bootcamp classes, offering a varied and dynamic fitness session to keep you interested and motivation high! Tailored to suit all levels of fitness.
